Usually the dispersion is suspended on the water surface, the emulsified oil is stably dispersed in water, and the dissolved oil is completely dissolved in the water. 7、Flash steam recovery tank
The superheated condensate or the boiler discharge water enters the tank along the retort line of the flash tank. According to the theory of fluid two-phase flow and vortex separation, after the tank is expanded, the pressure is reduced, and flash steam is generated in the tank, which can be introduced into the low-pressure steam pipeline or passed. After the injector is pressurized, it is introduced into the medium-pressure pipeline to enter the heating equipment to heat the material, so that the original low-quality heat energy can be reused. The saturated condensate collected in the lower portion flows through the trap to the condensate recovery device or the deaerating water tank.
