二、Steam-operated condensate recovery unit

OMEXELL’s steam-operate condensate recovery pump is a mechanical condensate recovery pump with low maintenance and no electricity operation. It is powered by steam or compressed air, and directly condenses water and other liquids from vacuum or The pressure is discharged from the equipment and transported from the low, low or vacuum zone to the high and high pressure zones. When used with steam traps, it can effectively remove condensed water from temperature-controlled heat exchangers under various working conditions and even vacuum conditions, and there are no technical problems such as leakage or cavitation.

The recovery rate of steam condensate in China is less than 30%. The main reason is that the recovered condensed water contains excessive oil and other pollutants, including animal and vegetable oils, petroleum hydrocarbons, naphthenic acid, phenolic and other derivatives. The specific gravity and viscosity of water and oil in high-temperature condensed water are reduced, and the resistance to oil-water dispersion is reduced. Except for the mechanically dispersed oil (15~100μm) in suspension, the oil in high-temperature condensed water is mainly in the form of emulsified oil (0.5~15μm) and dissolved oil (0.005μm). Usually the dispersion is suspended on the water surface, the emulsified oil is stably dispersed in water, and the dissolved oil is completely dissolved in the water. The steam transfer line is generally made of carbon steel, which is easily corroded in aerobic and acidic environments. Corrosion products are mainly suspended and colloidal Fe₃ O₄、Fe₂ O₃ a small amount of insoluble Fe(OH)3 And in the form of ions Fe2+ and Fe3+。Iron ions in steam condensate due to oxygen corrosion and acid corrosion。

四、Traps

1. Float type steam trap
It automatically adapts to high and low load changes, and is not affected by sudden changes in working pressure. Its large displacement and continuous discharge capacity ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency, and can be applied to air heaters, dryers, heat exchangers and sandwich pots.

According to the pressure change in the pipeline, the conversion of the function of the drain pump and the steam trap is automatically realized, which is particularly suitable for the condensed water discharge in the steam heating system with pressure fluctuation, so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.
7、Flash steam recovery tank
The superheated condensate or the boiler discharge water enters the tank along the retort line of the flash tank. According to the theory of fluid two-phase flow and vortex separation, after the tank is expanded, the pressure is reduced, and flash steam is generated in the tank, which can be introduced into the low-pressure steam pipeline or passed. After the injector is pressurized, it is introduced into the medium-pressure pipeline to enter the heating equipment to heat the material, so that the original low-quality heat energy can be reused. The saturated condensate collected in the lower portion flows through the trap to the condensate recovery device or the deaerating water tank.
